PublishPress Checklists Pro you to control the quality of your WordPress content.

When you use the PublishPress Checklists Pro, you can define the tasks that authors must complete before the content is published. Functions can be either recommended or required. As the authors complete each item, the red text automatically changes to green.

For example, you can ensure that your post has a minimum or maximum number of words. Or you can make sure that all your posts have a painted image.

Create your own checklists

Next to each post and page, authors see a checklist that shows the tasks they need to do. As the authors complete each point, the red text will automatically turn green when it’s done.

Custom checklist rules

In addition to the standard rules, you can create your own rules in PublishPress checklists. Click “Add Custom Item” to create as many rules as you want.

Configure your requirements

Each element of the checklist can be configured to meet the needs of your website. You can decide whether items should be recommended, required, or ignored. You can also set maximum and minimum values.

Feedback before publication

If the authors don’t meet all of the requirements, PublishPress Checklists will display a message explaining what to do.

WooCommerce products checklist

This function in Checklists Pro enables you to create requirements for WooCommerce products. You can set over 20 requirements that must be met before a product is released.
