The Bookly Service Extras add-on enables customers to book additional positions for selected services. After installing and setting up the add-on, customers will see a new “Extras” step after the “Service” step in the Bookly form.

It is possible to book an unlimited number of additional services for each service. The additional item can increase the price and duration of a service. The extra item can be linked to a picture.

It is also possible to define which information is shown to the customer in the Extras step of the Bookly form. You can choose from the following options:

  • Extra item title
  • Price
  • Image
  • Duration
  • Summary for all selected items

As soon as a booking has been made, the information about the booked service extras is available in the backend calendar. You can use appropriate codes in the e-mail and SMS templates to inform your employees and customers about selected extras.
